Are you looking for an office space that works on your terms? Our desk spaces are available to rent on a flexible basis throughout the week for full or half day sessions, or through out monthly memberships which guarantee your own desk space for you to use any time that you wish.

At 12 Lemon Street we are a community of local businesses whether that is self-employed work or small teams. We have a space for people to come together and share knowledge and expertise. With a large table for communal lunches, our space is a great place to meet new people.

Meeting location.

You can use our space to host meetings with your colleagues, clients or potential business partners. The whole office can be booked out for private meetings, so you don’t have to worry about being disturbed. Offer your guests tea & coffee to get the meeting started.
